Identity, Right to Work and role information are checked and recorded as part of onboarding.
Current Sentinel competence and the appropriate sponsorship position are checked where required.
Relevant skills, competence evidence and fitness requirements are reviewed against the assignment.
Working patterns and available hours are considered to support responsible deployment decisions.
Project PPE, induction and site-specific arrangements are confirmed before mobilisation.
The required evidence is checked before release and any unresolved gap prevents deployment.
Records and assignment details are kept under review throughout the placement.
